Do the informations sent over this network can be visible to others?

There are many wireless that I can connect, I think that are many fabrics around here and those wireless came by their... If I use logging to access e-mail others people can get it?

Stuff that you send may well be visible to others on the unsecured network you are connected to. If I were you I would carry on using this free service (smile please) and don't worry about it. If they were really worried about other people logging on their network they would secure it / password protect it. Maybe you should refrain from sending any really confoidential data, don't do online banking, don't do any purchases with you credit card, that sort of thing. hope this helps. good luck.

I'm assuming you are connected to a neighbor's wireless network. If they know how, they can see whatever you are doing...but chances are that if they don't even know to secure their wireless network they don't know how to look at what you are doing.

Another thing to think about. Other people on that same wireless network can attack your machine. Do you have a personal firewall on your machine? If not...

By "attack", I mean that it is possible that they can access the data on your PC.

Yes unless you are going through a VPN to encrypt your data. And it is not illegal if they have not encrypted it. Windows automatically connects to any available network so you are not breaking any law. Now if you hacked into their network then, sexy bad girl

yeah and its illegal, meaning if the person who has wireless finds out you are connecting to his service you could get in trouble.
