man im just like u, same height and almost same weight, the nutrient (whoever) told me i must gain about 20 kg, to become good

Everybody has hes specific weight. This is influenced also by genetics. If everybody in your family is a bit astenic, you will not be fat. You can have a genetic predisposition for asteny but it depends also of you lifestyle. You have your own metabolism. Those fat people not consume as much as they eat. The energy is deposited by fat in the organism, because it doesn't use it, but it can be used later. You maybe consume all the energy which you eat, so your organism doesn't make fat deposits. Anyways, try to accept your weight, because it depends also of your age. Older people usually get some weight more. If you loose weight in a short time, be awake and go to doctor because it could be the sign of a disease too. Eat whatever you feel like good and healthy. Enjoy. - Medical student

hey guys
gym-dedication-food-rest
do exercise 4 day per week
eat 5 meals per day
drink 8-10 lts of water
pro40%-crab50%-fat10%
protein is must ,take 2*your body weight
sleep 8-10 hrs must
dont mastrubate daily
if you mastrubate daily dont go to gym,no hardworkiings,take rest,but this wont help to increace weight
do compound exercise like squat,bench press,barbell rows,leg press,barbell press -- all 3 sets 6-8reps daily one muscle sambafitness@yahoo.co.in

you can get weight gain powder that you mix in a drink from health stores like holland and barretts this helps gain weight and is very healthy for the body!

eat alot but, no no no junk foods .they will only make you fat you need good clean high calorie high protein food and a weight gainer powder. a trip or 2 to the gym helps too
again junk food will only make you fat
