My period was a day late, and I had no cramps or anything, but then it started and I put a tampon in. About 5 hours later I took it out and it was only halfway covered, and then it was really light the rest of the day(so light that I only used a pantyliner, and even that was hardly used), and today it's gone! I took a pregnancy test the night before I got my "period" and it said not pregnant. What is going on?

Wait a few more days there is still a chance you could be pregnant but not far enough along for the test to show. Good luck

I would wait a few more days and retest. It could be that your hcg level is too low yet to be detected on the test. If what you had was implantation bleeding, then your body just started producing the hcg hormone. The hcg level doubles about every 2-3 days, but most hpt's can't detect the hcg if the level is under 50. If the next test comes back negative and you are experiencing pregnancy symptoms, then have your doc do a blood test.

Both times I was pregnant I tested after my period was due and got a very, very faint positive line.

Wait a few more days, and then take another pregnancy test. Should I say good luck or not?

This happens when you are aneamic. It may aalso be due to low blood pressure. You better consult a gyneacologist.
