I know a few singers of French rap:
Manau sings French rap combined with celtic music. They released albums in '98 and '00 and are still popular in France.
Mafia Maghrebienne is French-Arabic rap. I don't know a whole lot more about them.
Clotaire K raps sometimes in French, and has Lebanese overtones. He's really cool, but his material is a little hard to come by.

there's a rap music in French stated as Ca airplane Pour Moi, i think of it is been coated with the help of greater artists. And that team Outlandish, are not they French? i may be completely incorrect.
