They placed butter and parmesan cheese on good of them. even as they bake them, they use steam to create that crunchy crust. if you're making your own, it really is what you do. position a baking sheet one rack decrease than the sheet such as your breadsticks on it. Pour a million inch of boiling water into the decrease pan and cook dinner like typical. :)
