A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the Internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of on line courses, which teach written and
spoken English. You can also improve your English by watching television programs and reading English newspapers. For more information, visit http://tinyurl.com/qnzpt

lt helps to have an English dictionary around the house or a handy one you can carry with you. Read books written in English with pictures on it. You can also read Garfield comics or Archie comics..or any that you prefer. Try reading aloud so you can pronounce the words well. Watch the daily news. lf you do this everyday, you'll be speaking fluently in a few months.

Its ridiculous. The majority of them make no attempt to do so. One of the reasons I would love to speak spanish - aside the fact that most jobs now require you to be flippin bi-lingual, is to be able to understand what they are saying and just throw it back at them. Wouldnt expect it from this lil white girl. Also - while we are on this subject - all these jobs require bilingual do you think if i say i speak french or german i will get a job - no. Spanish is needed more then english. Oh - I cant even talk about this anymore without seeing my money go to all the illegals! Uhhh!
