My son was 2 weeks old last Halloween. I bought him a little cat outfit and dressed him in that. It was like a sleeper and it had a tail. It was really cute. I just took a couple of pictures of him in it. If you are up to it, try taking him to a pumpkin patch and take his picture there as well.

Keep it in the house where it is warm or just go to grandparents with him all dressed up cute and get lots of pictures taken..
there is no need for a 1 month old to be out in the cold too early in his life to get sick because someone wants to show him or her off.

get a newborn costume from a halloween store and take him to family, neighbors, and maybe the mall. Make sure to get a pic for the baby book.

My little guy is 5 weeks old today... and we are dressing him up as a little lion cub. but I'm not taking him out... He will sit inside the front door with me while I hand out candy to all the other little beggers, that way kids & friends in the neighborhood will get to see him when they stop by my front porch! And lots of pictures!!! Always lots of pictures!

My daughter was only a month old at Halloween last year but we still dressed her up in a bumblebee costume and took her to visit her grandparents...of course they loved it and it meant more to them than anything!

Mt little guy is 7 weeks old and he and I are going to dress up and hand out candy. This will prevent him from getting cold if you live in th North like me. Plus everyone will still get to see him!

Obviously, he won't really know or care.
You can find a baby costume at the store and dress him up and take some cute pictures if you want.

Dress him up and take him to visit family. They have a really cute Chicken Costume at Wal-Mart for newborns.

To be honest, he's only a month and will not know the difference. They do have little costumes at WalMart if you want to dress him up or something but honestly he isnt even aware so please dont stress about it too much.
