In a close friendship? (knowing u are married and in love with ur husband/wife). I am sure not talking about physical relation but about feelings toward your close friend?And if u suspect there is more than innocent feelings what will be your reaction?

that i need to get busy and invest in my marriage because that is the first sign it is neglected. you are in control of this. put your attention on your feelings for your spouse and nurture and invest in those. so they will grow and not the other feelings. reduce contact with the friend and spend time with hubby/wife instead. You control how you feel about someone by controlling your time and what you think about. Think about how to please your spouse or what vacations you will plan with spouse.

My best friend and I have a close relationship, one night she told me she was cheating on her husband with another one of her friends but what she didn't know was that I had developed feelings for her also and I just simply told her I thought she would flip out but she didn't and now we are even closer.....she has admitted she has feeling for me also.....but she says she feels guilty about the whole mess.....I say all will work itself out.

Personally I feel guilty even if it is just a little harmless flirting going on. If I felt like there is more thatn innocent feeling then I would avoid that person.

It is normal to develop feelings for a close friend, just don't let it go too far. This is why husbands/wives are jealous of their spouses that have friends of a different sex.
