No ears or both ears. The one ear thing went out in the 90's.

To my knowledge, men are supposed to wear earrings in the left ear. Supposedly, wearing earrings in the right ear implies that they are 'gay' or something.......
But, they can wear them in both, there's nothing wrong with that; apparently just not the right ear.

Just remember left is right and right is wrong if you only wear one.I have them in both ears.

its better to do them wear studs in both ears like usher or justin timberlake. all the rap artists pierce both ears and it looks better than one ear.
