it is a beautiful photo indeed, my question is: would you respect her decision more if she did not go out and hand pick him like he was a new pair of shoes, rather having someone "hand pick" him or her for her, that is sight unseen....the reason that I'm asking this is because that is how adoption use to be handled sight unseen...all answer welcome

Leave Madonna alone! people are haters for real. who cares let her do whatever she wants she's a full grown woman who can make the decision for herself. Like if she adopts 10 more kids. props for her and who ever can do it because guess what i dont have the money to adopt a child. Its really sad how people thing she's doing this for publicity. Madonna is famous no matter what she's been rocking for the last 20 yrs believe me the last thing she needs is publicity. Lets get real. Then i guess angelina jolie is doing it for publicity too...or let say anyone who adopts kids which would also include Nicole Kidman!

You have been misinformed. She visited there and saw several children to adopt. Overseas adoptions require a visit first. I think you need to be better educated about adoptions, and stop picking on people who give a child a home. Do some research on the subject, and stop judging people.

In my opinion, she's one of those celebrities getting into the fad of adopting African and Asian orphans when there are plenty of kids here in the U.S. foster care system.
