It is so already !
Why the doubt ?
Heart is a name given to the intuitional aspect of mind...
Mind is called logical because it is felt more that way.
Emotions are manifest form of intuition.
A person can separately invoke , at will, the logical and or the intuitional aspect of his mind with sufficient practice acquired out of deeper sense of self-awareness !

Logic derives or springs forth from our cerebral cortex, a late development of our evolutionary life. The raw emotions, like rage, religious belief, and others, come forth from our more primitive limbic system of the brain. To be on the same page is not allowable physically speaking. The irrational emotions, such as belief in a supernatural god makes no sense when you're thinking with your logical cerebral cortex.

It wouldn't work because logic and emotion are two completely separate things. For example, people marry because of their emotions for each other but logic might keep them from making the decision. Age, race, etc. I wish the two could be the same but they just simply aren't.

Logic is, in its application, a modus operendi.
Emotion is, in its application, a reponse.
It is not possible to to be emotionally logical, but it is possible to be logically emotional.
Logic and emotion are two ways of looking at the same thing.
Consider a massive explosion in an urban area. How do you view it?
