I mean the stuff that can't be recycled, like glass, some plastics, some metals, etc.

Not glass - I was thinking of your statement! Glass can be recycled.

The main problem would be to ensure uniformity of compression strength.
This is measured in Newtons and you need to use the right strength for buildings, depending on how tall they are. Its the pressure they have to bare with all the building on top of them.
i think a typical thermolite block has a newton figure of 135 if you wanted to give an example.
To do this, you would need to make sure that the unrecyclable waste was the same in each batch. I don't think that would be easy to do.
Once you had the manufacturing right, you them would have to get it approved by planning departments, this would take a lot of lab testing. Products can take years to be approved.
However, I don't see why this idea couldn't be used for non stuructural blocks such as low garden walls etc.
Cool school question, much better than the normal stuff we see.

Yes, though in some cases other materials need to be added to it. Materials made from recycled waste may or may not conform to building codes in different places around the world. Also, there are some things (such as radioactive waste and other contaminants) that shouldn't be used as construction materials.

If we compress our waste and dispose it into the sea, interior of few years the best of the oceanic floor would boost and this would reason the upward push in sea aspect. the ultimate effect will be floods and Tsunamis. Infact it is a secondary reason in spite of the indisputable fact that the established result's damage to the enviromment and subsequently to our ecosystem. this may be defined as follows. disposal of the waste into the sea would by some skill bring about its decomposition and finally if impacts the existence of sea creatures.
