Go to the Essex County Courthouse in Salem, MA. Ask the clerk for the Family and Probate section for the files you require. I believe all of the family court records for Essex County are there, even though there is a session in the court in Lawrence, MA. You will obviously need to know the names of the parties, and an approximate date would be helpful.
