CNA's make a teeny more than minimum wage in the USA. It is very hard work which, I feel, doesn't pay enough. The only ones who make a little bit better money with flexible hours are the ones who do in home care. You do not get extra money for being bilingual but it can be very beneficial when looking for in home patients. Without language barriers, your chances of landing a job increase quite a bit.

Average is around $10-$11/hr. Depends on where you live and if your working in a hospital setting or a nursing home, as well as your years of experience or lack thereof. Some places will pay a stipend or give extras (free meal tickets..etc..) if you become certified as a "spanish" interpetor. But, generally the pay is not more because of your bilingual ability.
Again, much depends on your years of experience and where you live. as well as how you can sell yourself during an interview!
