It isn't actually safe for anyone to wear g-strings for long periods of time, but for females, its a really good way to transmit fecal matter to the vagina and urethra and end up with all sorts of nasty infections. As for the size of the wearer, well, its still a free country.

I am assuming that "birds" means "Fat Girls". I would say that they run a higher risk of cutting themselves in half - what with the friction and all.
