i would get some more pricier ones, the cheap ones are hard to deal with. if you know how to put them on, then they are great. it does take some practice to get them on though.

Yes, they look great if you use them right. But one time i put them on and went out, this is so funny, me and my friends were drinking haveing a good night, dancing. I was hot and was sweating a little from dancing, nothing gross, and the eyelash loosened up, well no one noticed right away, but it fell off and got stuck to my shirt right on my boob, like right over my nipple. It was too funny. They ones i like are the strips you can cut them to the right length, the singles are hard becasue you can't get them all in a straight line and it looks funny, plus when you use the strips it looks like you put eyeliner on the upper lid and makes your eyes pop out. Just glue it pretty good and use a hair dryer to dry the glue to your lash. wash your eyes well before applying to get rid of oils and dirt, and try not to touch your eyes through the day/night, the dirt and oils on your fingers will loosen the glue. Some salons put them on for you and they last for a while, the inexpensive ones last about 3-5 days and the more expensive ones last for a week or two. The salon supplies everything just call and ask if they apply eyelashes.

Yes! I love fake eyelashes.

In order for them to look awesome but not to phony I go more for volume vs. length, however even if they are to lengthy you can trim them down.

Here are some tips.

Do all of your eye makeup/face make up first..including mascara.
Trim the lashes so that they fit your eyelid.

Buy a tube of eyelash glue..the kind that comes with it usually sucks and the self adhesive ones are awful.

I squirt a big blob of the glue on a square on toilet paper then take a Q-tip to put a thin line coating the last line, let it dry a bit-until the feels sticky-not wet then use the tweezers and a nother Q-tip to place them where you want. Put pressure on them with the Q-tip and wait a bit for them to dry.

Then add more liner and mascara if you need.

Goodluck!!!

I love fake eyelashes. I have the MAC # 7's and they are BOMB! I love to wear them when we go out for an extra something on my eyes. The glue does hurt to take them off but it's not unbearable. Good Luck...Definately go with MAC...the artist's will help you pick a length that's good for you without looking too phony.

For the record i agree with Mis's answer- all I have to say is, if you deicde to use the glue-on method, be careful, the glue really burns when it gets in your eye... you can't stop the tears (it burns for like 30seconds!) by the time you feel better you've cried off what part of the lash you've applied and your makeup! good luck girlie

Well, The eyelashes work great.
It's really not that hard once you do it once or twice.
it's complicated the very first time.

Unfortunately for me, I'm allergic to the glue.
I get blisters on my eyelid if I wear them.
I foudn that out the hard way.

But, as long as you're not allergic to the glue, eyelashes are really nifty.
I'd recommend going to Walmart for them.
Theirs is cheaper and look best.

Tony and Tina make nice, funky lashes. I love what they do. Some have glitter on the ends, some are made out of patent leather material. Lots of fun. Lashes are a pain but look so good!

I used them for a gothic geisha costume I did. I trimmed them a bit, and they were self adhesive. It wasnt that big of a pain, but I have small eyes so the corners kept sticking into my eyes. As long as you attach them after you put all your makeup on, and dont touch them (i.e. keep messing with them, adjusting, etc), they should stay on fine. I wore mine for almost 6 hours. The ones I used were just some from party city, black with red gems on the top.

properly my eyelashes have consistently been very long and curl up clearly. regardless of the undeniable fact that if I rub my eyes lots or placed on mascara for some days in a row I consistently might desire to leave them bare for some days recently reason i discover abusing them could lead on them to flow somewhat shorter and makes me have some much less! I certainly have however used fake eyelashes two times, whilst i became going out and my eyelashes have been abused too lots at that element so as that they weren't looking almost as good as typical. I used eyelure fake eyelashes and the 1st time I used them they did seem fairly marvelous. despite the fact that they're difficult to placed on and you do risk them coming off in some unspecified time interior the way forward for area of them coming off so which you're able to desire to maintain checking them in a replicate it extremely is a soreness. they're additionally incredibily uncomfortable to placed on i discover. additionally you're able to desire to prepare them, i.e decrease them to the size lengthwise as they're usually come to extensive on your eyes. in case you will get some, don't get ones that are defined as thickening ones or thick using fact one time i attempted ones like that and that they regarded so fake and terrible, I took them off on the instant away. So choose for ones which merely seem very organic and not too long. you pick for them to look like they're actual and your person. it extremely is tempting to be certain on those that are defined as greater dramatic despite the fact that it extremely is not an outstanding theory as they gained't seem organic interior the slightest and might seem extremely drag queen. i think of in case your eye lashes are clearly very stubby then you definately ought to in keeping with possibility attempt a pair yet i does no longer placed on them each and all of the time, purely for particular events. on the different hand you additionally can attempt employing an eyelash serum, an outstanding one ought to help advance the visual attraction of your actual eyelashes and a minimum of thicken them and shelter and restoration them from the effects of employing mascara.
