I wouldn't say you have to, but sometimes it is recommended if your breasts are particularly tender. I've heard that sleeping in a sports bra can help relieve some of the breast pain women get with pregnancy.

I didn't because I couldn't breathe in them, but one thing I did do was use sports bra's. I'd buy one that was a size bigger than my cup size and a size bigger around the chest line and it felt more comfortable.
Yes, Boobage is uncomfortable during pregnancy.

Be comfortable. You are going to get increasingly uncomfortable during your pregnancy. No sense being uncomfortable. If the bra is not working for you to sleep in it, don't.

I don't, it's too uncomfortable since my breasts were large to begin with. But, if you are worried about sagging or stretching, you might try a sports bra or a tank top with a built in bra.

Its recommended helps to stop the breasts becoming sore...most good Baby Care shops will stock sleep bras which are usually Lycra and stretch a bit like a sports bra..

Nope. I never have. Its not going to do anything for you. I have had 3 kids and Im pregnant with my 4th. Never wore a bra at night. Too uncomfortable. Now I did when I started to nurse the babies. I hated it , but had to then in the beginning.

It's good for support especially when the boobies get heavy. Good to get a comfortable pair. Avoid the heavily padded ones or the ones with the wires. One trick - you can make a small cut on the inside near the end of the wire and remove it if you prefer.

why do something so uncomfortable, when pregnancy is uncomfortable anyway? lol its' natural to grow cup sizes...some women grow up to 4 sizes when pregnant! Relax and let them free when you sleep! So much more comfy!

I found it so hard to sleep when I was pregnant, the last thing I would do was wear a bra to bed. Do whatever makes you most comfortable.
