It could just be as simple as different sex drives. Not all men are foaming at the mouth perverts ready to whip it out and any given time. Some men just have a lower sex drive plain and simple. Which in combination with a wife with a high sex drive is just a little out of balance.

I don't think so, look, but it is all a part of a process of when you get full of sex (like you have much much sex or you make your fantasies go truth). Most men are sex active but some others are centered in other things beside sex, and I'm not saying they don't want it or they have an affair, I'm just saying they are so satisfied that simply sex is not the main attraction of their lives (even when you are in loved or not..)
But Let's mention.. according studies:
SEX IS THE 70% MAIN PROBLEM IN ALL DIVORCES.

No, it doesn't mean there's somebody on the side... men don't have sex for a number of reasons>>>
Too tired, too stressed out, health problems preventing, totally focusing elsewhere (working hard on how to solve a problem, or on studies for tests)... they're human.. lots of things could prevent them from having sex.

Everybody's sex drive is different. Some want it daily, others are happy with once a month. Just because he isn't trying to get it as often as his wife wants doesn't mean that he's sleeping around.

Wow I still have the same problem, but I dont think that he has anyone on the side. I think its just that I am a few years younger than he is and I completely missed his sexual peak :( but on the other hand I am overly sexual I think I dont know. But I dont think that it plays hand in hand just cause he doesnt want to doesnt mean that he has someone else on the side. Unless there are other factors in play just start doing it yourself thats what I had to do.

She needs to get this book Kuma Sutra.
My sex life was boring. I really didn't want to have sex, because it seem like a rountine all the time. When me and my husband starting talking he mention this was a problem for him also. So, I went out and got this book. Things will heat up in the bedroom. It did in mine. Sometimes you need to spice things up.

No. Any number of factors can be at work here, stress, exhaustion, a medical condition (undiagnosed) that causes problems, and so on. Give him a couple of days relaxation and rest; if that doesn't work then he should have a complete medical checkup. Look at his daily existance and see if there is something that is causing a lot of stress, too.

Everyone's sex drive is different. His could just be low.
OR
He's sick of the hoops he had to go through for sex and has decided its not worth it.
OR
He realized that the one that wants sex the least has the power.

I had that problem!
He's changed now, he wants more sex,
but when I wanted more, he
wanted much much less,
he would always make excuses. He's not the type to cheat AT ALL.
He just wasn't very sexual.
But as he's gotten older, I guess his sex drive increased,
while MINE DECREASED.
so now it's perfect for ME!
Good thing I didn't "just get a divorce" right?

My ex husband never wanted to but I think he might have been gay. I was lucky if it was once a month, and then it lasted 10 seconds or less.
Sunbun--that is the most ignorant thing I've ever heard!!
