I've been in a trance of memory and in one that was drug-induced. I could put you in a trance if you were here with me right now, because all my coworkers have gone to lunch and I'm all alone. I need lots of concentration for trance-making.

Sometimes I feel like I'm in a trance when I'm following something wonderful.

I've not been put in a trance by a hypnotist, though they've tried. I have however zoned into a trance-like state many times, usually induced by repetitive sounds or sights induced by myself (or ex: yahoo! answers)

I don't think I could put you in a trance, unless it was because I bored you into one, I've got no professional training in the field.

Self indunce from lack of sleep. You could try getting zero sleep for three days and that should but you in a trance.

Every morning between the bedroom and the coffee pot.

I don't think I could. Let me prescribe two episodes of "The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy" on Cartoon Network, and call me in the morning.

Does standing still with my tongue hanging out, while watching certain Rock or Country artists perform, count?
