if you use original cream cheese your nad smell is going to seep on through, now if you were to use a flavored cream cheese, the smell won't be as noticeable.

Really? Are you sure it’s the cheese on your “nads”, couldn’t it be the decomposing hamster co. your underside. You never know, tunnel around, observe…! If it is the cheese though don’t worry about it, just spread some more on. Possibly strawberry in order to disguise the previous aroma, then wait and repeat until your balls rot off.

I would try American Cheese, it tends not to smell as much.
