OMG....ten years ago?! You need to let it go now. She has paid you back.....in essence, she has admitted to stealing it. Nobody would ever pay someone $350 that they didn't owe them (or steal from them)!! Yes, it was wrong. Yes, it would be nice if she verbally owned up to it but you cannot control other people. Don't waste another minute of your life holding on to the past, waiting for her to fess up and apologize. She probably never will (or maybe on her deathbed, who knows). Best advice I could give would be for you to just move on....and always keep your money and valuables at close range when she is around, lol. Sorry, don't mean to sound cruel but just hate to see people stressing themselves out and wasting precious energies dwelling on things which are not only over and done with but out of their control as well. Best of Luck.

You need to get over it and move on. You got the money back. Chances are she wont confess anyway - so let it go. Just start locking up your wallet when she comes for a visit. All you're doing is making yourself look bad. Forgive and forget.

Be the better person and let it go, she obviously felt guilty enough to pay you back. There is no point in stressing over this. She will obviously never admit she did it, so drop it. If she ever brings it up again you need to tell her to drop it until she is ready to confess and get the burden off her chest.

Judy - It has been five years and you have been paid the money - ten years since it happened. Honestly it is time to let it go. Have you confessed to your family every little thing that you did that was wrong? It is family - after 10 years time to let it go.

Let it go. It is obviously costing you more than $350 worth of stress and anger. Since she paid you the money, you should let it go. But lock up your stuff, too.

IF SHE PAID YOU BACK THE MONEY AND STILL DIDN'T CONFESS.WHAT MAKES YOU THINK THAT SHE EVER WILL? SHE WON'T. LET IT GO FRIEND, IT'S COSTING YOU A LOT MORE AGONY AND DISAPPOINTMENT THAN IT'S WORTH. SPEND YOUR TIME AND ENERGY ON SOMETHING THAT'S WORTH WHILE. FAMILY WE LOVE THEM BUT THAT'S ABOUT ALL YOU CAN DO FOR SOME OF THEM. REMEMBER GOD DOES'NT SLEEP AND SHE HAS TO REEP WHAT SEEDS SHE'S SOWN.

This is an arguement that you'll never win. You can't control other people, and your sister is no different. She took it, and she paid you back. Let it go, and get on with your life.

If it was ten years aga and she paid you the money, I would just tell her that it hurts that she won't tell you the truth, but that you forgive her and that is that.
