Is the sims two as awsome as sims 1? is the furniture cool or do you have to have the expansion packs to make it really good?

The Sims 2 is so far above the Sims 1, they aren't even really comparable. If you liked the Sims 1, I don't think you will be disappointed with the Sims 2. You don't need any expansion packs to make it good, but if you do get an expansion pack, I recommend Pets!

I am absolutely addicted to the sims 2. I definitely think it is much better than the first one...and I have seen some really cool expansion packs that I am eyeing up for christmas presents. :)

well i really like it but my computer is real slow.
the furniture is pretty good but with the expansion pack they are better.
and the graphics are so much better than the Sims 1.
what i would do is ask people you know if they have it if they do try it out to see how you like it.

The Sims 2 is so much better. Once you start playing it, you won't be able to go back to the Sims 1...but it'll be so worth it.
My fiance and I are going to be sims for Halloween. I can't wait!

Definately worth it even if you never get an expansion pack. There is so much out there to download, so what you get with the game is just the beginning.

Sims 2 is addictive and once I get on it, I don't stop... So much more realistic than the first, and they are so cute!
