yes; about every 6-12 minutes, NJ Transit trains depart (somewhere around $8 to $12, as I recall). At the Newark Airport station, you switch over to the free monorail that takes you to the terminals.

A few Amtrak trains stop at the airport, but not many. NJT does it much more often.
