I have no interest in selling it on Ebay, I don't think it would be worth the effort. My question is what do I do with it now? No family member on my list is the right age. Return it to the store so someone who really wants it can buy it? Donate it? To which cause?

If I give it to toys for tots, only one child gets happy. If I donate it to a cause that auctions it more will benefit. My kids and I always go out at christmas to buy a toy to donate.

If you don't know anyone who is the correct age for this toy, donation is a great idea. There are so many children out there that don't receive any christmas gifts. I try to donate every year for children to recieve something on Christmas day. I couldn't imagine being a child and waking up on Christmas day to nothing. There are a lot of great causes, sometimes it varies from town to town. We have a local cause which lets needy familys ask for one toy per child and you can adopt a child and buy the toy they ask for. Check your local Chamber of Commerce in your town, they will be able to help you find a good charity to donate to. Plus think of all the blessings you will receive for doing a good deed!

I say donate it to a children's charity. That way a child who probably would never have received such an item, can. If you return it to the store, sure someone else can buy it....someone with money who could probably just as easily buy something else or could buy one of ebay themselves. I think a children's charity is the best way to go. A child with little or nothing would be sooooo thrilled because of your generosity. As for which one, any children's charity would be good. There are so many children out there who could benefit from others' goodwill.

Think about selling it. Some people are willing to pay lots of money, you will benifit.

It really is valuable - you may just want to hang on to it for awhile.
