I googled my wifes ex husband name on the internet and came up with some information about where he works and his phone number. I mentioned this to her the other night just to see the reaction i would get. I saw that there was some interest in her concerning this info. Now she wants to know the web page (url) i got this from. Should i tell her ? I'm worried that she may call him.

Why would I seek out this info? Well I was bored one night and started googling people that I knew. It started out harmless until this came up. I really didn't expect it.

No, you should not be worried. Think about it, if there were information of interest about someone from your past, would you not be interested? You are the one who brought it up. You must learn to trust her. She is just curious. I am sure if she wanted his number, she would find a way to get it. No worries.

Wow, a little insecure are you? Not enough that you Googled her ex, but you found something, told her about it and feel threatened by the notion of her checking it out. He is her EX. You are her husband. She shared part of her life with him. Why would you begrudge her the curiosity she may have about him? Maybe you two should consider seeing a counselor. Does not sound to me like you have a very strong bond there. Good luck!

See your wife is trying to know about her ex-husband then this is your failure, because you are not reaching her expectations which was fulfiled by her ex-husband.Now try to itrospect first and then analyse it by communication through your wife.
You have spotted her then do not tell this thing to her because it may spoil relationship among you both.Try to findout reason Why? she is doing this, it may be for positive reason.
You create the situation/interact her in such way that she will tell you her own way all situation automatically without asking her.

The pedophile list in any city is free. You have come across the lowlife websites that just want your money, they will lie and tell you, you need to go thru them.... not true,,,,these sites are public information. Call the local police dept and ask them for the website address. Or perhaps the Library.

You may as well give it to her and see what she does, because now that she knows you have the info, if you dont give it to her whose to say she wont get online get it herself and sneak around.
At least this way YOU have given to her YOU can monitor it, but hell ask why she wants it for...better question is why are you setting around googling him?
Do you have no life?

Why? Your wife doesn't know how to use the internet? If she's going to cheat you can't stop her. Let her have the information, she was married to the guy. He may not even be a threat. Shock her by not caring if she calls him.

You were stirring the pot and now you don't like the stinky mess you've made of it. What did you think you'd gain if you gave her this information? What did you think you'd get out of it by dangling this information in front of her? Look at your own motives before you start accusing her of things she hasn't done. Then suck it up and deal with the mess you've made.

give it to her... if she calls him that proves to you she has unresolved issues that ya together need to address. you may want to reevaluate if you are the next ex husband in her book.
