Does anyone know where I can find the actual language in an issue that is up for vote in November?

I live in Ohio, and would like to read the actual language in Issue 2. I hear the ads, but would like to read it for myself. does anyone know where to find this information?

Your county auditor or who ever handles absentee voting should be able to help you. Here a sample ballot is printed in the news paper about a week before.

so ohio.gov should come up and all of the ballot initiatives should be on the website, at least that's how it works in Michigan.
