No. Personally, I love my wife for than life itself and she loves me the same way. As long as your love is reciprocated to the same degree there is no boundaries required.

Loving someone is an art that must be mastered. You can not smother a person. Loving someone should not change you as a person. If loving someone else means that you are losing sleep, weight or misssing time away from jobs, activities or other hobbies than you may be loving someone too much. Love is a balance of you, the other person and life in general. If you can't balance those, then it's a problem.

I think there is a such thing as too much. If you love someone TOO much, you will never be able to be your own person. You'll be too consumed in your significant other, that you wont be able to live your OWN life properly. I love my girlfriend to death, and would do anything for her... but our personal time away from eachother is what I believe makes our relationship work out so well. We've been together for over 7 years.

The only time I think you can love someone too much is if you become obssessive about it and you do things that aren't healthy for you to keep the other person happy. If someone truly loves you they wouldn't put you in a position like this. If you are doing things that "aren't you" for the other person that can be bad too.Otherwise, I think deep, true love can be great and very satisfying.

You can if they are nice and sweet and love you back. But if they hurt you in any way you will not feel that way. I used to love my bf too much. You know you love them too much if you go out of town without them and don't eat or sleep four days straight because you miss them so much. Then something happened now I still love him but if he's gone I sleep and eat and don't cry as much.

Love is immeasurable and unconditional. One can never love too much.
But if you are talking about how much love you give, compared to how much you get in return, it's completely different. For that's a relationship issue, not a love matter.

No you cannot love too much, but you can be overbearing and protective. This can become annoying when your stuck up someones butt all time. In fact you will eventually become a pain in the azz. No pun intended.
