Two ways: Write your letter and save somewhere you can find it easily. Open email programme, attach letter file, and send letter as an attachment to the email. Or copy and paste your letter from Word onto a blank email page, then send.

There are a couple of ways to do it. The simplest is as follows:

Write the letter on Word. Then highlight it by going to Edit at the top of your toolbar and clicking on Select All--place cursor on highlighted area and right click, then left click Copy.

Go to email and open new mail and place the cursor in the area for new document, right click, then left click Paste. Your letter should appear as your email document.

Send as usual.
