I am in the military and this is a constant problem for us. My method for resolving this is easy. If you have the time, sleep as much as you can, when you can.

Lets say your sleeping today from 10 am till 4 pm.
And in 3 days you need to be back to 9 pm to 5 am bed schedule.
Tomorrow, go to sleep at 5 am instead of 10, and sleep as LONG as possible. The next day go to bed at 2 or 3 in the morning and again sleep as LONG as possible. By the 3rd day, your body should be overly tired from sleep, causing you to want to lay down by 10 pm and getting you a good nights sleep the night you need it.

You'll find that you'll get to normal when you HAVE to get to normal. So plan to be tired for the first week until you acclimate to the new schedule.
