Of course he is! If you watched the Chappelle show where he was making fun of Tupac still being alive, the clip, which is hilarious, had truth in it. There are many times I listened to Tupac's songs and it mentioned information that did not happen until he was so called dead and I don't think he think he picked the name Machiavelli for nothing. Check out this website and you will doubt he is dead too.

If Tupac is alive, He would Be in hiding and He did a hell of a job faking His Death but I think personally that he is dead because you can not survive gun shot wound in both lungs. that is highly impossible, unless God make a way.....
