all the wars and crap goin on today is goin 2 eventually develop into a catastrophic event,I just wonder what u think?

I hope we manage to find a way not to kill each other or destroy the planet. It is seeming less and less likely with all the hatred and stupidity in the world.

It'll be like Mad Max- barely a civilization left with gangs fighting over the last few drops of precious gasoline! -- Even in the event of a catastrophe there are survivors. I just hope they're smart ones 'cause I'd hate to see a civilization develop with the Simpsons leading the way!!! LOL

1000 years from now, I don't think so.
The World Wars killed millions in Europe, but no one in Africa was affected.
The Iraq war is still small compared with that.
We are actually trying to cut down on pollution, and there have been some great advances in medical health.

We're pretty tough and so is this planet. Unless some meteor hits earth I think humans as well as animals will be here for a long time to come.

20 years yes 100 years yes but not very well off i can imagine that we use up all the resources and eventually start starving ourselves to death due to lack of resource efficient ideas.

beyond that, not likely. We are stripping our resources so fast, the earth will certainly die before we, and when that happens....who knows.
