i saw a homemade video that my dad was playing with my mom's privates, it was gross. It was an accident.

No, thank God, but my friend did just last year when she was 23! She thought no one was home b/c their car wasn't there. She went looking around the house for the dog. Seeing their door closed (and the dog no where to be found) she figured the dog must've gotten locked in their room when they "left". She opened the door, and lo-and-behold, there's Dad doing Mom doggy-style, Mom's face in the pillow and everything....and Dad didn't even really "stop" when she opened the door - he just kind of turned around and said, "Hello?" LOL!! (and so glad that wasn't me!)

Yes and thankyou i was damaged for life. I hoped we were all conceived by immaculate conception. My parents never had sex until i caugt them.
My therapist is helping me work through it
