If someone paid to have his/her telephone number unlisted, anywho will not be able to help. That's what the individual is paying for. You might question why this individual needs to have his/her number unlisted.

I'm guessing if the person wanted you to have any of that info, they would have told you. That's why they went through the trouble of getting an unlisted number.
