how do you open a hood of a mercedes c240? my battery is low and i need a jump?

Look under the dashboard on the drivers side. You may need to stick your head under there a bit to find it the first time.

Pop the hood and there should be a handle that sicks out of the grill. Pull it gently and raise the hood. If that doesn't do it, take it to the dealer, have them check the latch it might be broken and have the charging system checked.
