The only two moments in which Ecuador and Peru were officially part of the same country or nation was when the Incas ruled and the empire was called Tahuantinsuyo and when the Spaniards created the Viceroyalty of Peru, which covered every country in South America except for Brazil for about two centuries and was divided in Audiences.

If you check out this link you'll see an old map of Peru when Ecuador was still part of Peru (it shows in the map as the Audience of Quito).

Ecuador was never part of Peru, except that both were once part of the Inca Empire.

Ecuador was part of Gran Colombia. which included today's Ecuador, Colombia, Panama and Venezuala.

Ecuador has since lost some land to Peru.

I don't have a map, sorry.
