The Twilight Zone freaked me out. I still get eerie feelings about things because of it and recall the terror from specific episodes.

My favorite all time sci-fi show is still the X-Files. Not necessarily the whole conspiracy thing which got way too complicated for the average old viewer like me but more the individual episodes or the ones that continued with the same creepy character in another season.

Twilight Zone definitely. It was much creepier and definitely better written. Funny enough I like the newer version of the Outer Limits more than I like the newer version of the Twilight Zone.

The Twilight Zone. The stories left you with thought provoking incidents and hm mm..what if or maybe questions.
Furthermore I loved seeing the beginning actors and actresses. Like Jack Klugman from The Odd Couple, and William Shatner from Star Trek to name a few.

I prefer "Twilight Zone." OL was ok, but TZ was more subtle and psychologically disturbing.

My fave SF show of all time is, naturally, "Star Trek." (The original, not TNG.) Some of their episodes were admittedly stupid, like "Spock's Brain," probably the worst episode in the catalog ("Brain and Brain!! WHAT IS BRAIN???!!!). But then others were absolute classics, "City on the Edge of Forever," "Amok Time," "Mirror, Mirror," "Space Seed," etc.

The special effects usually sucked, but Rodenberry was given practically NO MONEY to do the show, so what they did was impressive considering their resources.

Love Jack

Both were good, but Twilight Zone is No. 1. In fact, Outer Limits was like a imitation of TZ (kind of like NCIS and CSI/L&O). But both were very, very good.
