Recently, the past two weeks, I have been having itching, intense itching to my fingers, wrists, instep of my feet and calves. I thought it may have been my detergent, so I switched. Still itching. It is usually in the mornings. This morning was the worse yet. I broke out in hives on my wrists and lower legs. I immediately took benadryl. I don't like taking it because it makes me so sleepy, but I don't have a choice.
I thought it could be the KRE-ALKALYN work out tablets I'm taking. I only take them in the Morning before I work out and Immediately after.......I don't know. I've washed everything, sheets pillow cases etc.
My wife and I even swept, mopped, dusted, vaccumed everything recently to try and give me some comfort.
Any suggestions? I have NO insurance.....so I can't see a doctor.

It could be scabies or eczema. In any case, you should see a doctor who is trained, qualified, and licensed to give medical advice. People on this site are not!!

My husband did this twice. Once it was laundry detergent. The next time it was the soap we had just started using. If the work out tablets are the only difference, stop taking them and see if it makes a difference. It could also be food if you've been eating something different.
A doctor will only tell you the same thing, anyway, unless it gets too bad, then find a health clinic that will take uninsured patients. They're out there.

Im sorry to hear you dont have insurance, it would be beneficial.
My son got hives alot.
We took him to an allergy specialist had him tested to see what he was allergic to. The doc adjusted his meds and he never gets hives. It was what was in the air we breathed that caused his allergic reactions. which in turn caused asthma. All i can say is keep taking benabryl or take an oatmeal bath. They have aveeno oatmeal bath but it wont make the hives go away. It will only stop the itching.
You may be having an allergic reaction to a certain pollen in the air.

First of all, you have posted this 3 times in the last few minutes. Please stop.
Second---stop taking the supplement. That's probably doing it.
Third....you can be seen. Contact your county's department of social services. If you qualify, based on no insurance and low income, they can get you to a doctor. If you don't qualify because you make too much, well then you are going to have to bite the bullet and fork out the money.

Kre-Alkalyn's main ingredient is creatine. Perhaps you are allergic to that. Put the pills aside for a week or two and see if your condition improves.

Try to stop the KRE-ALKALYN FOR 2 WEEKS & SEE WHAT HAPPENS, IF NO IMPROVEMENT. This could also be eczema. No cure or effective remedy exists for common eczema. It's often nerves-related
