Are you grown and still like to color out of coloring books? One day I gave my employees at the office coloring books and crayons and told them to color and they laughed cause it was childish and I said to color for about half and hour and they did and some of them told me it reduced their stress and one lady said she felt good and nostalgic.

Sometimes when I'm bored I'll take my sons coloring books and color. I love it!

You know I forgot how much I liked to color but when I got married (a year and a half ago) I had a medieval wedding. I wanted to have some stuff for the kids that would be in attendence to do so I found a bunch of coloring pages online that were pictures of castles, knights, dragons, etc and make a coloring book out of them by punching holes and tying it together with ribbons that were my wedding colors. On the night before my wedding, my bridesmaids and I were finishing up last minute details and tying the coloring books together was one of the unfinished details. We ended up sitting there (with mega margaritas) talking, laughing and coloring for several hours. It was a great time! My maid of honor did one of a knight and a maiden that she wrote mine and my husband's name on in calligraphy that turned out beautifully. I still have that on my refrigerator and I intend to leave it there forever, lol.
Now I want to go home and color, demmit

I have a container packed full of coloring books and about 500 crayons. I also have several colors of markers & colored pencils. My coloring books range from very simple to very difficult designs for adults. I took this box on our honeymoon and I colored. I take this box out about once a month and color. Sometimes I stay within the lines and sometimes I do not. It's my box and it's my rules and I do whatever I want to with it. NANY-NANY BOO-BOO!

Outstanding! You sound like a terrific supervisor. Too often, grownups forget how to play...and they micro-manage the playtime of their children. No wonder folks are so stressed out!

Yes, I still color. I have nine grandkids, a couple of kids, two aunts and a Mom who also like to color and draw! Crayons and Paints ROCK!

I think that was a great idea. I still love to color. I'll sit at a kids table in a waiting room and color, and it helps the time go bye faster and it relaxes you.
