Take a nice cold shower.
Wonder why he told you that? If it's a concern about your cervix taking a couple of hits, that's one thing. Orgasm is another, which causes the uterus to contract. Ask him exactly why. If it's about the orgasm, find a minute man without the foreplay. If it's the actual intercourse, get a vibrator.

He is probably concerned that sex will trigger labor. You are late in the pregnancy and almost there!! Having an Orgasm starts uterine contractions and the hormone Progesterone in semen causes the uterus to contract and the cervix to thin and dialate.

If you can't make this simple sacrafice for your baby, perhaps you weren't ready to become a parent. There's going to be a heck of a lot more things in life you're going to have to give up for your child.
Anyway, did your Dr say you couldn't orgasm? If you're okay'd to do that, you can still masterbate.

Is it just sex that you can't have, or did he tell you not to have an orgasm at all?
If you don't know, find out - and if you're allowed to orgasm, and just can't have intercourse you could try oral sex, or masturbation.

All the Dr means is that he doesn't want penetration.......
you don't need to do the "deed".. to satisfy that urge.. there are other things you can do... ask your partner to release this pressure for you

You and your partner can still have fun, be inventive, use your hands, you can have pleasure without penetration.
