My neighbors made a home-made dirt-bike track on their property. Children (as young as 5) are riding on the track. Should I tell their insurance company (I know that they haven't). I'd hate to see these kids get hurt. Do I have any responsibilty or should I wait for the inevitable to happen?

Mind your own business, I am sure one of the parents has regular insurance. Do they meddle in your business?

It's not your job to police the whole world, just your household and your family. If you have a problem with it, don't let your kids go over there to play. As far as the insurance company, it's none of your business. When a kid gets hurt, it will be his parents' job to deal with your neighbord and their insurance company -- just make sure it's not YOUR kid that's hurt by being the responsible parent.
