This may not be any thing to worry about but if you have to ask this "Q?", I say see a doctor have doctor look at the spot on the garment , ware a white garment.

He may be able to send it out for the test.

If it is normal he will give you some exercises and some diet and medicine even.

If not you have done yourself a favour and caught it on time.

Worth seeing a doctor when in doubt.

See a doctor soon. I think you might have an STD. I don't think it's serious, nothing a bit of medicine won't correct. Don't let it go to long. I have read that it gets worse if left untreated. I'm not sure about the details. I think you would have other symptoms with a prostrate problem.

Dont know how old are you.. and what's the type of the discharge. If you are sexually active and feel any burning during micturition then it might be infection. Prostate problems (other than infections) usually present with increased frequency and urgency of micturition and dribbling. Anyway... better see the doc. Good luck.

What is your age? If you are under 60, you are probably just leaking some pre-ejaculate when you are getting turned on sexually., You don't have to have an erection to produce pre-ejaculate, in some guys it flows quite easy. If it is after sex, it can be ejaculate that remains in your tubes for a while until fully flushed out.

If it's crystal clear ooze, this is only harmless pre-come, nothing to worry about. If whitish or cloudy, or yellowish, see MD, have it analyzed. This might be infection.
