no. the only time i would agree with that is if the couple wasn't taking care of their children very good or just putting them up for adoption. The only people who should be allowed to have kids r the ones that will love them and raise them good.

yes there should be a number of children we can have, not just for the planet, there are lots of scum bags having loads of children and they cant look after one, and then some people have lots of children and they end up in care, it is sad. i think we should have a test, you have to have a test to drive a car, but anyone can have kids, it just dose not make any sense.

i dont think there should be a limit on couples who work and provide for their families and can afford to look after them well.
my only problem is with unemployed people (couples or singles) who have never any intention of working and just sponge off our taxes and have loads of kids and get loads of money to look after them from "us" hard workers........
if u cant provide for them without sponging then the government should put a limit on the number of kids these people have... or threaten to stop all of their benefits if they dont comply.
sorry for sounding harsh but i have worked 22 yrs full time and am 38yo mum of 3 (on my own with them past 2yrs) and see this going on all around me......

I think that a couple should individually limit their reproduction based on their economical abilities. The government should not be able to place a limit.

yes the countrys going down hill fast its so easy to have kids to day i blame the goverment they give out money like confetty theres no wonder nobody wants to work
