To change the font in IE7 go to:
Tools, Internet Options, on the General Tab in the appearances portion there is a Font button, click that then select what font you prefer.
Hopefully that will help, however it may not change the font that's on the website that you're trying to view

- Go to Tools on the toolbar
- Select Internet Options
- Click on Fonts (at the bottom of General Tab)
- Do the necessary changes you want
This will only change the fonts of the website which do not have default fonts set.

hit equipment contained in the better correct nook, and there must be a set of thoughts, then scroll right down to information superhighway thoughts, and then you will see less than typical you are able to replace the font and the colour of the textual content, good luck!

Yeah, change it all back to Times New Roman.. Or better yet: Comic Sans MS. You have fun, I will have Firefox. :P
