McCharty in Texas...does it exist??

sorry but i'm from Italy, and i'm playing a comedy with my teather group about McCharty in Texas...

is a place in the comedy near Marfa!! but we didn't find it in the map...

It may be a "made up" name similar to a real one. Do you get the TV sitcom King of the Hill?, They live in Arlen, which is a take off on living in Garland, a real place.
