Some say eat less and work out. But that's bad for you...
You actually got to eat more healthy foods (3 actual meals a day) and work out your stomach. Crushes are good, I do cruches every night. I started doing 100 then gradually moved up to 500 a night in several months. (DOn't do too much though you'll hurt yourself)
Im proud to say i have abs!!! lol
oh, and it's ok to take a break from working out once a week

Working out and exercising only abs doen't help, its a myth. You need go to cardio classes like aerobics, or run, just sweat. And you must follow healthy diet, eat at least 5 times a day, small portions, no chocolate but sensible food, for dinner (no later than 6-7 pm) avoid pasta, bread, rice and potatoes, don't drink alcohol and drink plenty of water. This way you will see results - quaranted, no cheating.

Pilates. Consistent, proper pilates will reduce your stomach naturally, effectively, and without cutting your body unnecessarily.

Surgery is a bit radical. Best thing is to exercise & cut out fatty foods.

Eat less fat. Eat more 'good stuff'. Exercise more.
Failing that, I'm sure a "magic tablet" is only months away...
