Urine is mostly water so if you have a good enough distillation system then you can get clean water from distilled urine.
In order for a long duration space voyage to be economical the urine and other waste water would have to be distilled, converting it back into clean water. A voyage to Mars, a Lunar Colony or a Mars Colony would HAVE to have this system. Water is one of the heaviest cargos when comparing volume and mass. Liquid water cannot be compressed. If you put 1 million tons of pressure on a container with one kilogram of water, provided the container could survive, the size of that container and the water inside would remain unchanged.

Yes, if you drinks lots of water or 100% juice about 1.0 -2.0 L a day yeah, your urine will be clear alright, and yet you dont have flush.

I am not sure you can do it at home,, but I do know that the military has been working on and now has issued new purifiers that will clean urine into drinkable water.

well the water that comes out from the waste-water treatment plants are going back to the rivers back in to drinking water

yes you can, but you have to buy a filtering kit that is pretty pricy. Thats what I heard at least
