I mean does he really feel this way about Michael J. Fox? Or, is he (in his own illogical manner) just trying to bolster support for the troubled republican incumbants in the upcoming elections in november?

Of course Rush Limbaugh is an actor. So is Al Franken.

What "crap" did he say? Rush exposed MJF for being manipulative and distorting Jim Talent's record and beliefs. Rush also (correctly) observed that MJF is another in a long line of "victims-as-spokeperson" like Cindy Sheehan, Christopher Reeve, the Jersey Girls, etc.

He's an entertainer, bucko. Was that so hard to figure out? Like Jon Stewart, but with a much larger audience.

The man is a proven dope addict.

That sez it all!

- Unfortunately - so is President Bush! Which probably explains why he butchers the English language so much of the time!

If you have ever listened to Rush you would have heard that he considers himself an "entertainer". Yes he hits peoples buttons and that is his whole purpose. DO you think as many people would know his name if he said everything right? That is how he makes his money.

Rush Limbaugh is an entertainer, his sole purpose is to sell advertising on his program. He says things that he knows is not true in order to build an audience and keep people listening to him. The trouble that I have with him is he has people following him like he was real. They believe everything this man says, they must be weak minded individuals that have a problem with thinking for themselves,

No - he's a political entertainer. Michael J Fox is in fact an actor and now activist for his cause. MJF admitted in an interview with Diane Sawyer that he "goes off his meds" when he testifies before Congress or when he make political appearances. Who is truly the deceiptful one here?

no i is just based on fact, he goes off med when ever he does certain interviews and speeches to make the effects of his disease more moving.

It makes no difference weither Michael J Fox was overplaying his disease or not. You simply don't say and do things like the bloviated Limbaugh did. It's one thing to voice your opinion, but this right wing tool took things to far, as usual. I understand Rove is quite pissed at him over this, rotflmao. I hope thats true.

As long as you do not honestly believe what you are saying, you can promote anything.

[Normally, I would launch into a ranting screed, filled with vitriol and hatred to prove my ludicrous point, but I feel the Swiftian irony would get me a violation notice, so I must politely decline]
