Put the heat under the flirting. Be a little bolder. Don't go to extreme, just turn the notch up a little on the burner. THe first part where you flirt and have eye contact is SO much fun. You will look back and really enjoy that later. If you have time alone with him sometime ask "What are you thinking?" that is a great way to get a person to open up. Get him talking. But seriously take things slow - you will enjoy the time a LOT more.

I would say by the way he is flirting back with you, that should tell you something. Maybe he feels the same way about you as you do about him but he hasnt got the guts to tell you. Take a risk, tell him how you feel, you will never really know until you do..But be subtle, you dont want to give your true identity away to him until you are really sure, it could backfire. Just be sure he's into gay relationships first. You don't want anything to backfire on you. It's hard enough being a teen with everyday teen situations much less being a gay teen. If ya'll are ever in a conversation and the opportunity arises just ask him if he's ever thought about being with a guy before. This is neither confirming nor denying that you are gay. You're not in love, you're in lust.
Try to set up something so there's an opportunity for the 2 of you to be alone. Maybe invite him to your house to hang out. If he's really interested some more of that flirting is bound to happen, and who knows, one thing may lead to another...
You probably don't even need to tell him you're interested or anything like that. Just get him alone, and see where it goes.

Is he gay? If hes out, you're better off being honest with him. If hes straight, leave it alone. If you aren't sure about his sexuality, than you need to find out for sure so you can know what to do.
