In Germany they hang a glass pickle on the tree and the first person to find it get a special gift. In England they have "crackers" you wear the paper crown in side. What are some other traditions similar to those and if you know the website where you found it or where it gives the history about it I would greatly appreciate it.

In Portugal, we have a round cake with a hole in the middle called Bolo Rei (King's cake). A dried broad bean is baked in the cake. The person who gets tyhe broad bean in his/her slice has to provide the cake the following year.

mexican traditions are every year either a few days or the day befor x-mas eve we prepare our tameles, and thats what we feast on, on x-mas eve beef tamales, beans and rice. and on x-mas day we have ham, and what ever else we feel like as side dishes.
