The same as “Failure to Appear” where the DA closes the case until the defendant shows up in court. A new court date will then be set on calendar.

A Legal Disposition would generally be the tendancy to take legal action. If it was dismissed without prejudice (which is likely the case from the term "with leave") then the DA could refile the claim.

The state has released you from the charges but without prejudice. That means that if they so choose, they can refile the charges. In some states this is referred to as a nolle prosequi.
